How time flies! Too much to say and not enough time. TWO kids, TOO many excuses and not enough doing. But I digress… today’s workout was brought to you by my deck of cards 🙂

diamonds- tricep press-ups
hearts- KB swings (face value x5)
clubs- bicep curls
spades- KB core twists

This was a tough work-out for me! Almost gave up 3/4 of the way through but I pushed through it.  30mins left me feeling like jello.
